I am a Senior Consultant Physiotherapist and a Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India Certified Yoga Teacher & Yoga Therapist (YCB Level 3 and Level 6 Qualified) with over a Decade and half year of expertise in physiotherapy, yoga, and holistic health practices.

Combining evidence-based science with ancient wellness traditions, I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, alongside Post Graduate Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences.
